First I gotta say that this company is top notch. Our carpets were pretty dirty due to having an active toddler. They came in, did a great assessment, described what could be done, and over delivered! We used Stanley Steamer before and they are no where near close to the quality and pricing. In fact the price was considerably lower than Stanley Steamer. Please give them a call we won't be using anyone else but Castle Rock Carpet Care. Great service and experience.

I highly recommend Castle Rock Carpet Care! Brad provided a reasonable and straightforward price to clean my carpets and a couple sofas. The overall cost was more affordable than other services I've used in the past. My carpets were in rough shape from the past year with a toddler, newborn and dog. Brad cleaned them up really nicely. Service was very easy to schedule and accommodating to our busy schedule. Immediately upon entry to our home, Brad wore shoe covers and a mask to ensure cleanliness and health safety. Carpets were assessed and a plan to clean rooms was discussed. All setup, cleaning, and tear down was done with care to our personal belongings. Carpets look amazing and smell great! Brad was personable and efficient. He was able to get out carpet stains that I've been trying to clean for months!

Brad was great to work with! He was professional, friendly, responsive and fair/competitively priced. He cleaned a micro fiber couch we have that has a 13 yr history of kids and dogs. So it was in rough shape, but after his service it looks brand new! He also was able to get a red stain out of an area rug we have from one of our kids spilling a Gatorade on the white rug. He did a great job and I have already recommend Castle Rock Carpet Care to my neighbor and will continue to recommend them to others.
